Danny is the Next Gen Pastor at BridgePoint. He and his wife Nicole have been a part of next gen ministries for over a decade. From soccer to running, Danny is interested in all things sports! He is excited to now be closer to his favorite college basketball team, UNC! Danny, Nicole and their three daughters are recent transplants to the RDU area and always looking for fun things to do together as a family. My hope is for BridgePoint to be a place where families are welcomed and experience the grace and truth of Jesus. My desire is to create environments for kids and students to connect with God and others, and to have a lot of fun in the process.

Josh Howard

Lead Pastor

Read Bio

Josh is the Lead Pastor at BridgePoint. He and his wife Christy are college sweethearts and have three kids, Calli, Addi, and Titus. Josh is an avid Buffalo Bills fan, loves to cook meat on his smoker, and is on the quest to find the best biscuits in Raleigh!

My hope for BridgePoint is to see it be a space where people can see and experience the unconditional love of Jesus, a love that is so compelling that it drives us to live boldly. Then, as we discover the more we are made for, we will reflect the unconditional love of Jesus to the places where we live, work, play, and learn and help others to do the same. Ultimately, my prayer is that BridgePoint is a catalyst in seeing every person in RDU have repeated opportunities to see and respond to the good news of Jesus and that we are a hub for sending people to the nations.

He and his beautiful wife Suzanne are both North Carolina Natives and have been married since 2011 and have one beautiful daughter together named Demi. Jarrod loves to cheer on the Local Hockey team the Carolina Hurricanes, and also loves to play golf when he has spare time. His favorite things include anything to do with cars, music and spending time with his family. What I hope for BridgePoint is for us to fulfill our mission to be the bridge that points and leads others back to Jesus. I’m so excited to see how God is going to use BridgePoint to pour into our local community and to help grow them and lead them in following Jesus Christ. I also hope the people at BridgePoint can see that we are all broken in one way or another and realize how much we all need Jesus in our everyday lives and through his grace we will have eternal life.
